Shop Policies

  • If you wish to make a return, please send us a message via E-Mail containing your Name, Order Number and a specification of which items that the return relates to. Please do not return items without confirmation of the return from us.
  • We must receive an E-Mail of your return notice within 14 days after receiving your order, to qualify for a return. If the number of days has passed we will not be able to issue you a refund.
  • Items must be unused, or unworn and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.
  • Customer is responsible for all Return Fees & Charges as well as properly packaging merchandise for safe travel.
  • Ship the items for return within 3 days of the date of the notification.

  • You are responsible for any damage incurred by items during the return shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you send the products well packaged, in good condition and in their original box and/or packaging.

  • If possible, please provide us with a tracking number for the return shipment.

  • The refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase.

  • If the product or packaging is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value when refunding the product.
